How do I book a class?
Once we’ve registered you, you can download our dedicated, free BASE app, which is the easiest way. You can also call, LINE, email, book in branch or just turn up at BASE before the session (to guarantee your spot, please book).
Is BASE suitable for beginners?
Yes! Please let the coach know it’s your first time and they can adjust the session and make sure it’s right for you. Over time, we will build up your strength and fitness.
