We have 3 technologies that help you get great results.

Our proprietary BASELINE Technology brings a unique data-driven approach to your training, offering a complete and scientific profile of your current fitness levels.

Using our industry-leading Inbody machine, you will also receive a detailed breakdown of your body composition, body fat percentage, and muscle mass.

Our MyZone technology shows your real time heart rate, calories burned and effort during each session, with detailed stats offered through the MyZone App.

6. DO YOU OFFER OPEN GYM?

Our studios are not available for open gym – only coached classes and personal training.

For open gym, we recommend Bangkok’s chain big-box gyms such as Virgin Active, Jetts or Fitness First.

7. WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU OFFER?

We have lockers and showers available for use along with towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Each locker room is equipped with a blow drier and other amenities. All amenities are included free of charge.

8. HOW CAN I JOIN A GROUP CLASS?

To join a class we highly recommend booking online ahead of time. We cannot guarantee your spot unless you book online first. To book online it will require you to purchase a session or package with us ahead of time.

This will guarantee your spot in the class. To purchase a package or session please go to our packages page.

9. HOW CAN I START PERSONAL TRAINING?

To get started with personal training we will need to learn a little more about you and your preferences.

1. WHAT ARE YOUR FITNESS GOALS?

What are you ultimately hoping to achieve with your personal training?

2. WHICH BRANCH ARE YOU INTERESTED IN TRAINING AT?

We have three locations each connected to a BTS station. If it’s possible for you to travel to more than one branch please specify which two you can train at.

3. DO YOU HAVE PREFERENCE ON A TYPE OF TRAINER?

We offer male or female and Thai or foreigner trainers please specify which you prefer.

4. WHAT DAYS AND TIMES DO YOU WANT TO TRAIN?

Please tell us what days and times you’re available to do your training.

If you’d like to make a commitment now and get started soon, you can view our PT Packages here. If you’re unsure, we suggest the personal training starter pack which gives you 2 sessions to get going.


10. CAN I JUST SHOW UP FOR A CLASS?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee availability for last minute bookings. To guarantee a spot in the class it is better to book online in advance.

If you do show up without a booking, please aim to arrive as early as possible, especially if it’s your first time at BASE.

To book online it will require you to purchase a session or package with us ahead of time. This will guarantee your spot in the class if the class is not already full.

11. DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO JOIN A CLASS?

We offer the following options for joining group classes:

  • Buy per session with packages of 10, 25, 50, 100 or one-off sessions
  • Monthly membership

There are no additional costs or fees on top of the package prices, such as monthly ongoing membership fees.

12. WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS FOR BEGINNERS?

All of our classes are self-paced and offer a great workout for all fitness levels. Our coaches are trained to make sure every exercise is suitable for every client that comes to BASE.

If you are new to BASE or exercise, in general, we recommend showing up early to try and chat with the coach before the start of the class. At the very least show up on time so you can let the coach know you are a beginner and get the entire class demonstration.

If you would like more of an introduction to exercise we recommend trying the Foundations group class. This will give you more guidance on how to do all the important exercises.

13. CAN I FREEZE/EXTEND MY PACKAGE?

PACKAGE FREEZE/EXTENSION DUE TO INJURY OR SICKNESS:

It’s no problem to extend your package due to injury. Please email us at [email protected] and let us know you’re injured and how long you need to recover.

Please provide a medical certificate and we will freeze your account without it counting towards your permitted freezes.

PACKAGE FREEZE/EXTENSION DUE TO TRAVEL:

We allow package extensions for a minimum of 14 days, maximum of 90 days. How many freezes are permitted depends on the type of package.

1 month unlimited: Cannot be frozen

3 months unlimited or 10 session package: 1 freeze of 14 days or more permitted

6 months unlimited or 25 session package: 2 freezes of 14 days or more permitted

12 months unlimited, monthly payment membership or 50 and 100 session packages: 3 freezes of 14 days or more per freeze permitted

14. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds on our packages and all purchases are final.

In the case of relocation or long-term injury, we can transfer your package to someone else at the discretion of management. This comes with a 25% fee for the value of the remaining sessions that are to be transferred.

The package must be within the expiry period and the remaining sessions cannot be extended and must be used by the expiry date.
