How Nat Had Fun While Gaining Muscle and Shredding Fat
We love Nat’s story as she has really experienced a long-term shift to healthier habits.
She looks great, but it’s become about more than that – she feels strong mentally, feels a sense of achievement (and so she should!) and is having fun with her training.
During the 60 days Nat:
⬇️ Dropped 5.1% bodyfat
⬆️ Gained 1.9kg of muscle
Here’s her story…
Before joining, I had already worked out quite regularly but didn’t think much about food intake. I have always going on and off losing weight then regaining over business trips and holiday.
When starting 60 days challenge, Jack guided and gave many tips about food consumption.
This has changed my perception that eating protein will make me become bulky!
By working on both diet and exercise, I saw an incredible result!
I feel stronger physically and mentally, losing body fat more than my goal and gaining muscle too! It’s a great sense of achievement! On top of that I have fun joining classes at BASE, they are fun.
I also like that there are classes for weight training which are great to get leaner (again, something I used to think would make me bulky!).
The best is by eating clean and working out continuously for 60 days, it has created a new habit and discipline.
This is my most valuable key take away from this program because the journey doesn’t end on the 60th day.
