BASE Launches Special Hyrox Program
Hyrox has taken the fitness world by storm, offering a fun and challenging event that can be scaled for different levels of fitness.
To help people prepare for Hyrox or learn more about this method of training, BASE has launched a special Hyrox training program designed to help:
✓ You learn about hybrid strength and conditioning racing
✓ Prepare you for an upcoming Hyrox race
✓ Improve your strength, conditioning and overall fitness
You will learn best technique for and practice specific Hyrox movements such as:
✓ Sled push and sled pull
✓ Ski-Erg
✓ Wall balls
You will also get a full running program to compliment your two sessions per week with Coach Ohm.
If you want to get into Hyrox training or you’re entering Hong Kong’s November race, this program will be perfect for you, offering a personalized and focused approach with an experienced coach and ‘Hyroxer’!
Coach Ohm, who has years of coaching experience and has competed in multiple Hyrox races across Asia, is guiding a small group of up to just four people on how to develop strength, endurance and prepare for some of the specific Hyrox movements.

The 8-week semi-private personal training program is capped at just four people and will run at the following times:
