What’s non-negotiable for you when it comes to fitness and health?

Consistency. I believe that consistency is a key when it comes to health and fitness. You can have the best programming and the best personal trainer in the world but if you can’t stick with it you won’t get the results that you want to achieve.

What’s a typical breakfast for you?

Typically I don’t eat breakfast. If I have it would be khao mun gai or sandwich with protein shake.

How do you manage your training and diet when you’re on holiday?

I don’t care too much about training while on holiday but when it comes to diet I try to hit my macros (protein, carbs, fat) on each day. But ultimately I think it’s important to just stay active and enjoy my holiday.

What’s your best strategy to stay motivated?

Goat setting, but not just an end goal – I think it’s best to focus strongly on the everyday processes that get you to that goal. I like to write my to-do list or think about what i need to do on each day at every step of the process. I find that very motivating.

The best thing we can do for ourselves is…

Enjoy our life. Do what we love, and stay away from toxic environments.

What’s your go-to snack?

Anything with peanut butter. Protein Shake – preferably with some peanut butter in there, of course!

What do you do to relax?

To relax I’ll watch Netflix or Youtube, or listening to music or scrolling through Tik Tok.

What’s your post-workout routine?

After my training session I’ll go through my stretching and mobility routine. After this I’ll make sure I get a full feed.

Sum up your dietary approach in a sentence?

Eat real food, not too much and mostly plants.

Being a good personal trainer means…

A great fitness coach not only helps their clients to achieve their goals but also educates them on how to move and eat properly.

Leading personal trainers never stop learning to improve themselves whether they’re learning from other coaches, educating themselves on the latest research or doing education courses and certifications.

What’s the biggest diet mistake or misconception?

That you can lose or gain weight in a short amount of time. Everything has a process to achieve it, so aim to make it part of your lifestyle for the best, most-sustainable results.

What are your top tips for how to keep your energy levels up?

People often focus on eating and training – which are very important – but sleep is the element that’s often neglected. In terms of energy, sleep is just as important as anything else.

I believe everyone should…

Stay healthy physically and mentally balanced in life.
