New Class Profile: SPEED & ENDURANCE
Our newest class, Speed & Endurance, is perfect if you’re looking to improve your cardiovascular fitness or you’re training for a race.
This session can be adapted for all levels and can replace a tempo running session. If you’re training for a running event or triathlon. See our newest speed & endurance class details here.
We use HIIT and cardio sets using our treadmills, bikes and rowing machines with all of your sets recorded to track your improvement.
Our clients find our system of tracking and recording results both useful and motivating.
Everyone will periodically receive a personalized PDF of their results. Here’s an example of how your running component of the report will look:
We’ve added in core exercises to some of the sets as trunk strength and stability is essential in improving speed and endurance.
Speed and Endurance is every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm. Classes are limited to just 9 people so please book in advance to guarantee a spot.
