The BASE Games: HYROX Training Club Edition

After the success of our first BASE Games and BASE Team Games in 2025, we’re back with a new challenge — BASE Games: HYROX Training Club Edition on Saturday 21st February, 2026.
This special edition is made up of exercises you’ll be doing in a HYROX race, all with official CENTR and Concept2 equipment. Expect high-energy competition and our strong BASE community cheering you along the way!
Although it is a competitive event, all levels are welcome and every station can be scaled.
Teams of two people will compete across three categories — Men, Women, and Mixed — testing strength, endurance, teamwork and tactics.
Every station is a ‘You Go I Go’ format, where one person is racing, one person is resting at all times. This enables you to go harder and faster, similar to a HYROX Race Doubles format.
Each team will take on six workout stations, each one for 6 minutes with a 1 minute rest in between. New waves start every 55 minutes.
Scores will be on a points system, with prizes from the winners.
The BASE Games: HYROX Training Club Edition is proudly supported by lululemon, who are contributing some sweet prizes to the first, second and third teams of each of our three categories.
Capacity is limited and spaces will fill quickly, so we recommend securing your team’s spot early to avoid disappointment.
The BASE Games: HYROX Training Club Edition can hold 72 teams and spots will go fast, so sign up now to guarantee your place at the Games.
Tickets are priced at 2,000THB, with Early Bird prices available from 12pm Tuesday 20th January – click here to see the current price.
The BASE Games: HYROX Training Club Edition event is also sponsored by BTY Electrolyte, Paleo Robbie and 6ty Degrees Mineral Water. All brands will be providing their products complimentary to everyone on the day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need to select one person per station?
No – you can change at any time. So, for example, on the SkiErg you may choose to switch between your two team members whenever you wish.
Which station do we start on?
Stations are assigned on a first-come first-served basis on the day. So, for example, for our 10.30am slot, the six teams will start on different stations and then rotate round over 45 minutes. If you have a station you would like to start on, come early to book your starting spot!
Does each person have to do every station?
No – you can change team member on any station whenever you want. How you divide the time on each station is entirely up to your team, and will make up part of your strategy.
Can I change the dampener on the SkiErg or RowErg
Yes – but it must be changed by the person who is on the machine at the time. Other team members cannot interfere with the station or assist in any way. Doing so will result in a 5 point penalty.
Can other team members hold down their team mates feet whilst rowing
No – other team members cannot interfere physically with their team mates in any way. Doing so will result in a 5 point penalty.
