How Caspar lost 3kg and dropped 4% body fat in 60-day BASELINE Challenge
Caspar entered the BASELINE Challenge to get back into training after lockdown and after committing big, saw big results.
Here are his accomplishments in summary:
- Dropped 4% body fat percentage
- Lost 3kg weight
- Gained 1.1kg of muscle
- Improved BASELINE fitness score:
- RUN : 1,000m time trial – from finished at 5:00 to 3:36
- BIKE : 10 kcal + 10 Slam Ball – from 30 kcal + 3 reps to 37.2 kcal
After 2 months of training combined with good nutrition, he brought his weight down from 90.4kg to 87.5kg (lost 3kg) and his body fat from 33.4% to 29.4% (dropped 4%)
Here’s Caspar story:
“I started my membership at the BASE around the 1st of August 2020. I knew at the time that I wanted to have group classes with a trainer in order to stay motivated to exercise.”
I came out of the lockdown at over 90 kg with a body fat percentage of 33.4% which was the heaviest and unhealthiest I had ever been in my life.”
“Fortunately, after only 2 months of group classes combined with more portion control in my diet, I’ve managed to bring my weight down to around 87 kg with a body fat percentage of 29.4% (4% decrease). A very pleasing result along with feeling generally healthier and happier altogether.
