SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Semi-personal personal training offers the chance to get a personal training level of service for a lower cost.
Our programs are with a small group of just 2-4 people over 8-weeks, offering personalized service building up towards a specific goal.

1. CAN I CHANGE THE TIMES AND DAYS?
Each 10-week program is at 2 set times each week, making 16 sessions in total. For example, the two sessions might be on Wednesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 10am.
Once the program has started, if everyone in the group would like to change a time and the coach is available and able to accommodate, this can be done.
If not everyone in the group wants to change the time or the coach cannot change, the original times will stand for the 10-weeks.
2. WHAT IF I CANCEL A SESSION, OR CANNOT MAKE IT TO A SESSION?
The sessions are at set times each week so if you cannot make a session, it will still go ahead with the others in the group.
If you’d like to change a date, please ask the coach who will privately ask the whole group to see if it can be done.
If you can’t make a session, don’t worry – the coach can help with ‘homework’ to make sure you don’t fall behind on the learning and program.
3. CAN I CANCEL THE SESSIONS?
A session can be cancelled with 1-week’s notice with the agreement of the whole semi-private group. It can either be rescheduled to another time or the session can be added onto the end of the 8-week program.
4. WHAT IF I DON’T USE ALL MY SESSIONS IN TIME?
Any missed or cancelled sessions are charged so the 8 week program will finish after 8 weeks. If a session is cancelled by the whole group with 1 week’s notice, it will be added to the end of the program in the following weeks.
5. WHO WILL I TRAIN WITH?
Each 10-week program is open to up to 4 people, with a minimum of 2. You will be training with others who have opted into the program.
As they have chosen the same program, they will share a similar goal to you, so it’s a good opportunity to meet new people who are on the same journey.
6. CAN I DO THIS WITH MY FRIENDS?
Yes – your friends can join the same 10-week program and so you will train with them. If you have 3-4 friends you would like to join a program, contact us at [email protected] and we can arrange a private 10-week program for you.
7. WHAT IF THE COACH RESCHEDULES A SESSION?
Coaches can reschedule sessions with a week’s notice. For example, if they are on holiday one weekend. In this case, the sessions can be rescheduled at a time that suits everyone, or they can be added on to the end of the program.
8. IS THE PACKAGE REFUNDABLE?
The 8-week program packages are not refundable and are non-transferable.
9. Can I add one-to-one coaching to my program?
Yes, if you’d like to take another step ahead. You can top up for personal training for 2000thb per session. You can purchase this at the beginning or when you’d like to during the program.
10. WHAT HAPPENS IF ONLY 1 PERSON SIGNS UP?
We require a minimum of 2 people to run a semi-private personal training program.
If you’re the only person that signs up, we have the following options
- Find a friend to join in the program and we can get it started with 2 people
- Pay an extra 800thb per session to upgrade to one-to-one personal training
- We can wait a week to find another member to sign up for the program
