COACH PALM
Coach Palm, an FIT and ACE certified personal trainer, has over ten years experience empowering hundreds of clients and thousands of fitness class participants to realize their health and fitness goals at any age. She holds certifications in weightlifting, pre and post natal training and is a certified sports massage therapist.
COACH JUSTIN
Coach Justin is passionate about functional fitness and strength and conditioning, and has helped clients work through injuries and pain with a physical therapy approach. With a friendly and supportive approach, Coach Justin’s ultimate mission is to empower clients to conquer any goal they aspire to achieve. He is certified in powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and also is qualified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach by the World Rugby Union.
COACH ANA
Coach Ana believes that fitness is about more than aesthetics – it’s about empowerment, self-belief, and maximizing your potential. Her coaching style prioritizes building strength – particularly Glute training – enhancing natural curves, and boosting confidence.
COACH CORY
Cory is a Kettlebell Fitness specialist and also holds a NASM Personal Trainer certification. Cory’s training approach blends strength training, cardio conditioning, body weight movements and nutritional guidance to achieve optimal health and vitality.
