I usually have a peanut butter jam sandwich if I’m going to train in the morning and need the energy, but I usually also just fast throughout the whole morning.
How do you manage your training and diet when you’re on holiday?
I try to time my holiday periods so that it coincides with my de-load week. That way, I don’t need to worry about missing training sessions as I’m suppose to be on a light/recovery block anyways. For nutrition, I try to still eat generally well but will more often than not add in more sweets and desserts. Not drinking also helps 🙂
