Art Trained For Years But Only Got Abs At BASE
With Art, we didn’t want to see the weight on the scales drop but she was looking for body composition improvement, improved fitness and more definition – with her commitment we were able to deliver on all of these!
Here’s her story:
When I saw that contents I really wondered how can people make a change within 60 days, I decided to join and find the answer.
I love working out but I’m sick of running on treadmill for miles, lifting the dumbbells up and down everyday, or do the same old things for an hour in the class.
At BASE, I could enjoy more because several stations in a class to train and focus on specific part of the body
are much more interesting and totally different from what I experienced before.
Plus, There were many kind of workshops of barbell, kettlebell and calisthenics to learn how to work them out effectively.
Not only during the workshops but I was able to do it on my own at home.
Jack educated us about the selective diet and nutrition diary which help me a lot to control my daily meals.
My coach, Matt always gave useful advices and encouraged me and the team to stay focused and drive for the goall.
We worked out and posted progress on Facebook to motivate each other to keep moving on for 60 days.
I am really thankful to Matt and this 60-day challenge to make me achieve one of my 2017 resolution.
Although I don’t have big progress in the record on my muscle growth and fat lost, I am sure I have visible physical transformation.
Now I know the time doesn’t matter if I have enough passion to go for it.
