What’s non-negotiable for you when it comes to fitness and health?

Strength training!

What’s a typical breakfast for you?

Oatmeal, whey protein, and Oreos. Or eggs and cheese on toast.

How do you manage your training and diet when you’re on holiday?

I keep things simple. Training is a part of my everyday life so I make time to train, no excuses. My diet is also the same. I try my best to stick to my macros. But if I fall off the horse, I don’t think twice about it. I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life. Lol

What’s your best strategy to stay motivated?

I remember why I started.

That there is such a thing as “clean” foods.

Train hard, eat right, sleep tight and drink plenty of water.
