What’s non-negotiable for you when it comes to fitness and health?

Focusing on gaining strength as the foundation of a successful fitness and health journey. 

What’s a typical breakfast for you?

Three fried eggs and oatmeal with yoghurt, fruits, and coffee

How do you manage your training and diet when you’re on holiday?

Doing other activities and taking a rest from training to give my body time to recover. Also eating less food because of the fact that I’m much less active. 

What’s your best strategy to stay motivated?

I look at exercise as a thing we must do. All my workouts are planned in advance. I don’t have a specific strategy, but the discipline to just do the work.

The best thing we can do for ourselves is…

Taking care of our physical and mental health.

What’s your go-to snack?

Dark chocolate.

What do you do to relax?

Play videogames and read books.

What’s your post-workout routine?

Nothing special – a protein shake and something to eat.

Sum up your dietary approach in a sentence?

Eat whatever I want but preferably unprocessed food. More importantly, make sure to eat enough to fuel your training and work.

Being a good personal trainer means…

Being able to empathize and help people who are not exercise-enthusiasts.

What’s the biggest diet mistake or misconception?

That people need to go low carb to lose fat.

What are your top tips for how to keep your energy levels up?

Focusing on good quality sleep and coffee 😉
