Ting is a certified personal fitness trainer who is passionate about coaching and supporting people through their personal fitness journey.
Ting’s love for fitness started at an early age where she played numerous sports ranging from football, touch rugby to 100m hurdles. Her lifelong love of being active has been the key reason for Ting becoming a coach.
Ting enjoys training people who are just starting out in their fitness journey or making a return to training after some time out. She believes in building a strong foundation with correct form and posture, giving clients confidence and technique to progress.
