What’s non-negotiable for you when it comes to fitness and health?

A basic foundation of cardiovascular fitness. 

What’s a typical breakfast for you?

Coffee. I’m not a breakfast eater, unless I’m practicing or training then I’ll have a bowl or two of cereal. 

How do you manage your training and diet when you’re on holiday?

I train as much as I can. I keep my diet relatively the same. 

What’s your best strategy to stay motivated?

Knowing someone out there is working harder than you. 

The best thing we can do for ourselves is…

Surround yourself with positive people and positive energy. 

What’s your go-to snack?

Bananas and a BASE Smoothie. 

What do you do to relax?

Watch some tennis matches and check out on other highlights that I’ve missed. 

What’s your post-workout routine?

Stretching, eating, listening to music, having a laugh.

Trying to have a well balanced diet with the occasional cheat day!

To be able to detect and correct a clients requirements and deliver the information in a simple but clear motivational way which will make a positive impact on their life. 

What’s the biggest diet mistake or misconception?

Carbohydrates make you fat. 

What are your top tips for how to keep your energy levels up?

Take a rest when you need to. 
Don’t over train. 
Prioritize your mental health and to stay as positive as you can, especially when things aren’t going your way.
