❯❯ Focusing on the 4 main power lifts

1) Squat

2) Bench press

3) Deadlift

4) Overhead press

 

HOW OFTEN? HOW MANY?

❯❯ Small group training program, up to 3 members only.

(Full attention from the BASE Coach 👊)

 

❯❯ 2x Training per week for 6 weeks (12 sessions in total)

 

WHO IS THIS FOR?

❯❯ Beginners who want to learn the barbell lifting basics

❯❯ Advanced practitioners or powerlifters who want to take their training to the next levels.
